A group travel company recognized as one of the leading Christian Pilgrimage tour operators based in the United Arab Emirates, catering to clients across the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, the Philippines, and India.
 

 

TravXpert manages end-to-end group travel, including Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE), and operates regular escorted Christian pilgrimage tours to destinations such as the Holy Land (Israel), Vatican City, Rome, Assisi, Padua, Fatima, Lourdes, Avila, Burgos, and Medjugorje (Bosnia & Herzegovina).

THE PROBLEM

TravXpert wanted a compelling way to showcase the experience of its international pilgrimage package covering Portugal, France, Spain, and Paris. The objective was to translate the journey into a high-impact promotional video that could be used across events and digital channels to strengthen brand salience and communicate the value of the experience.

I collaborated closely with the Founder and Tour Guide to align the production with the itinerary and on-ground experience.

Pre-Production

  • Planned the creative direction and shot division for each location to ensure complete coverage of the journey and experience.

  • Structured the shoot flow to balance storytelling, logistics, and on-ground constraints.

Production

  • Executed the planned shot list across multiple international locations.

  • Led on-ground direction and cinematography, capturing key moments, locations, and participant experiences essential to the narrative.

Post-Production

  • Edited the promotional video in line with TravXpert’s brand guidelines and communication tone.

  • Performed sound mixing to enhance clarity and emotional impact.

  • Applied color grading to maintain visual consistency and elevate production quality.

Results

  • 1,451 organic views on YouTube with no paid promotion

  • Video successfully used as a marketing asset for events and digital communication

  • Strengthened visual storytelling for TravXpert’s offerings

Summary

For TravXpert, I delivered an end-to-end promotional video capturing the essence of their international pilgrimage package across Europe. From planning and execution to final post-production, the project translated a complex, multi-location itinerary into a cohesive visual story. The result was a versatile marketing asset that enhanced brand visibility and generated organic audience engagement without paid distribution.
