THE PROBLEM

Upon joining UniHawk during its early startup phase, I quickly identified a strategic gap: while the brand’s identity was established, there was no robust content marketing framework or consistently high-quality, visually engaging collateral.

While the company excelled in providing premium client services, there was an opportunity to further develop a comprehensive digital presence. My mandate was to elevate the brand through superior design and innovative content strategies, aligning creative execution with broader business objectives.

Data-Driven Storytelling

Collaborating closely with the finance team and marketing director, I harnessed analytics to create visually compelling, data-driven presentations for investor pitches, webinars, and internal briefings. By integrating advanced data visualization techniques with strategic storytelling, I effectively translated complex performance metrics into clear, actionable insights, thereby enhancing stakeholder engagement and informing key business decisions.

Summary

At UniHawk, I transformed a gap in our digital presence into a strategic opportunity by developing a comprehensive content marketing framework and producing high-quality collateral. By designing diverse digital assets—including a targeted YouTube campaign with 12 service-specific video ads and launching a podcast series—I significantly boosted engagement, web traffic, and lead generation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I leveraged data-driven insights to craft compelling narratives for investor pitches and internal communications. While these initiatives delivered strong results, I would've loved to experiment with new content formats and engagement strategies to drive even greater brand interaction and growth.

Produced a New Podcast Series (Unravel by UniHawk)

I conceptualized and launched "Unravel by UniHawk," a podcast series that achieved 2,837 views, positioning the brand as an industry thought leader. I managed the entire production lifecycle—from designing the format and coordinating logistics (studio setup, multi-cam filming, and audio equipment) to curating guest lists and handling communications. Through meticulous post-production—editing, color grading, and sound mixing—I ensured a consistent, branded look & feel across episodes, complemented by marketing collateral (thumbnails, social media posts, emailer assets) for promotion.

Results

Planned, created, and published exclusive social media & website content, increasing engagement by 400% & traffic by 40% in 1 year.

 

Produced compelling YouTube ads to drive lead generation and increase brand visibility, generating 1300 leads and a total of 225,000 views within 2 months of the campaign & a total of 3 million views totally.

 

Produced a podcast series & designed over 500 pieces of marketing collateral including flyers, videos, ads, brochures, banners & standees ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

 

Collaborated closely with the finance team and marketing director to analyze data and create visually appealing and data-driven presentations for investor pitches, webinars, and in-house presentations, ensuring effective communication of key messages and insights.
